THE BRIEF

What Open Panel SEO Reports is

Open Panel SEO Reports is TwinFusion's own SEO auditing and client-reporting system. It is what we use to run search programmes for clients: pulling each client's Google Search Console and GA4 data, checking their website and producing the branded monthly report they receive.

Every site is scored against a fixed library of 113 technical, content and AI-search checks, with a coverage figure so that a check which could not run never counts as a pass. Keywords, locations and competitors are tracked, and each failed check is filed automatically as a task in our work-order system, so fixes get done and counted.

SYSTEM MANUAL

How Open Panel SEO Reports works

Overview

Open Panel SEO Reports is TwinFusion's SEO and AI-search (GEO) audit and reporting system, part of the Open Panel suite. It pulls each client's Google Search Console and GA4 data, scores their website against a fixed library of 113 checks and produces branded reports, while every failed check becomes a task for the team. Defaults are set for the Kenyan market.

Who uses it

  • Super Admin — creates and edits clients, uploads data files, manages users and connections, and adds Search Console properties.
  • Admins, staff and account managers — view the client portfolio and download each client's monthly report.
  • Clients — receive the branded reports rather than signing in to run audits.
  • Prospects — can use a public audit tool that captures them as a lead.

Main modules

  • Dashboard — the client portfolio at a glance.
  • Clients and sites — each client's sites, data connections and site health.
  • Audit — the 113-check site audit, with a separate AI-search (GEO) view.
  • Keywords, pages, locations and competitors — search performance from Search Console, with comparisons and opportunities.
  • Reports — branded PDF reports, plus Word, Excel and CSV exports.
  • Ingestion — upload a single file or a whole month of exports in one batch.
  • Settings, connections and users — data sources, accounts and access.

How it works

  1. Connect — a client and its site are registered and Search Console is connected with read-only access; GA4 data can be pulled directly too.
  2. Ingest — a month of exports (Search Console, Analytics, backlinks, blogging and crawl data) can be dropped in at once; each file is matched to the right client automatically, then turned into audits, reports and tasks.
  3. Check the site — the system takes a snapshot of the live site, covering the homepage, address variants, security certificate, crawl rules, sitemap, around twenty pages, links, search-crawler access and PageSpeed results, and turns it into 113 findings. Each category is scored from 0 to 100; a blocking issue caps the score at 70, and a coverage figure shows how much of the library was actually measured.
  4. File the work — each failed check becomes a task in TwinFusion Assignments, with its fix template, priority and due date; a check whose earlier task is still open is not filed twice.
  5. Deliver — branded monthly PDF reports with charts go to clients by email.
  6. Run on schedule — data is pulled and alerts are checked every morning, a weekly report goes out on Mondays, competitors are scanned on Wednesdays, the monthly report is produced on the 1st and a full site check runs every Sunday, all on Nairobi time.

Integrations

  • Google Search Console and GA4 — search and analytics data.
  • PageSpeed Insights — speed and performance results.
  • Search-results and crawling services — live ranking and crawl data.
  • AI models — the AI-assisted analysis behind the audits.
  • WhatsApp — alerts when a tracked position drops by three or more places or traffic falls by 20% or more.
  • Email — reports sent to clients.
  • TwinFusion Assignments (Perfex CRM) — failed checks filed as tasks.
  • Tap tracking — a tracker added to client sites records phone, email and WhatsApp taps that GA4 does not see.
