What we collect
- When you contact us. If you call us, message us on WhatsApp, email us or send a message through this website, we receive what you choose to share — usually your name, phone number or email address, your business name and what you need. If you ask for a website review, we also receive the address of the website to review.
- When you browse. Like almost every website, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record technical details of each request: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and working.
- What we do not collect. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own.
Services involved when you visit
- Google Fonts. Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that connection.
- Links to other sites. Our work pages link to client websites, and our WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Those services have their own privacy policies; we do not control them.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare the proposal or review you ask for.
- To deliver and support any work you engage us for.
- To keep this website secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Legal basis
We process personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019: on the basis of your consent when you contact us, to take steps towards or perform a contract with you, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our web hosting and email providers, and only as far as they need it to provide that service — or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them. Server logs are kept only for our hosting provider’s standard log-retention period.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to be informed about how your personal data is used, to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email sales@twinfusion.org.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry details is limited to the people who need them to respond to you.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
