THE BRIEF

What WhatsApp Sender & Social Panel is

The WhatsApp Sender & Social Panel is TwinFusion's business messaging platform for companies that want to talk to customers on WhatsApp at scale, without tying the business number to one person's phone. One installation hosts many separate client workspaces.

Each workspace connects its own WhatsApp number and gets a shared team inbox, a contact database with tags and spreadsheet import, paced template broadcasts, a chatbot builder that hands over to a person, and trackable short links. The latest version adds Facebook and Instagram to the same campaign model.

SYSTEM MANUAL

How WhatsApp Sender & Social Panel works

Overview

The WhatsApp Sender & Social Panel is a multi-workspace WhatsApp business messaging platform. Each client workspace connects its own WhatsApp number and gets a shared team inbox, a contact database, paced broadcasts and a chatbot builder. The latest version adds Facebook and Instagram to the same campaign model.

Who uses it

  • Platform operator — creates and manages client workspaces, sets limits, notes, theme and logo for each, and sees an overview across all of them.
  • Workspace admin — the business owner: manages the team and seats, the WhatsApp connection, branding and settings.
  • Agents — work the inbox, contacts and campaigns.

Main modules

  • Team inbox — shared conversations with assignment, status, internal notes, read receipts, quick replies and attachments; WhatsApp's 24-hour service window is respected when replying.
  • Contacts and lists — search, tags, opt-in status, blocking and custom fields; CSV or Excel import, where extra columns become merge fields; per-contact data export and erasure.
  • Campaigns — template broadcasts with an optional media header that can be launched, paused, resumed or cancelled, paced per minute, with statistics for each campaign.
  • Chatbot — visual bot flows that can be tested, switched on and off, and hand a conversation to a person.
  • Short links — trackable links with click statistics.
  • Operations — health status, alerts, an audit log, data retention settings and sending safeguards.
  • Plans and sign-up — plans with limits on contacts, monthly messages, agents, numbers and campaigns, priced in KES and USD, with self-service sign-up.

How it works

  1. Connect a number — a workspace links its WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API.
  2. Build the audience — contacts are imported from a spreadsheet and organised with tags and lists.
  3. Send a broadcast — a message template created in Meta's tools and synced in is chosen, a list is targeted, and the campaign is launched and paced automatically.
  4. Answer replies — replies land in the shared inbox, where they are assigned to an agent, noted and answered; a chatbot can handle the first exchange and hand over to a person.
  5. Track — delivery and read receipts update each conversation and campaign, and short links record clicks.

Integrations

  • WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta) — messages, templates, media and delivery updates.
  • Facebook and Instagram — campaigns across both, added in the latest version.
  • Email — alert notifications.

Platforms and access

  • Web app with live updates in the inbox.
  • Role-based access for operator, workspace admin and agent roles, with each workspace's data kept separate.
  • A sandbox mode lets a workspace try the full flow before its live number is connected.
