What Open Panel Social is
Open Panel Social is TwinFusion's console for managing every client's social presence from one place. It is built for agencies and small teams that publish to Facebook and Instagram on behalf of many businesses and want to do it all from a single dashboard.
Each client's Facebook Page and linked Instagram account is connected once, with no sign-in needed for each post. Branded images are generated from templates and the client's own website content, recurring campaigns turn into scheduled posts, and due posts publish automatically, with approvals for client posts, insights from Meta and an audit trail.
How Open Panel Social works
Overview
Open Panel Social is a multi-client Facebook and Instagram publishing console. Each client's Facebook Page and linked Instagram Business account is connected once; the team then creates, schedules and publishes branded posts for every client from a single dashboard, with images built automatically from templates and the client's own website content.
Who uses it
- Super admin — handles the most sensitive settings and actions.
- Admin (TwinFusion staff) — runs everything else: accounts, websites, templates, campaigns, users and settings.
- Client — sees only its own assigned websites and manages its own campaigns; depending on its permissions, its posts publish directly or wait for approval.
- Viewer — read-only access to assigned websites.
Main modules
- Dashboard — headline figures and recent posts.
- Social accounts — connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.
- Websites — links to each client's website, so the panel can use its products, portfolio items and media.
- Templates — image recipes with layers, fonts, brand colours and a caption template; uploaded photos can be stamped with the client's logo, name, tagline and web address.
- Composer — choose accounts, a template and an image, write the caption, preview it and publish now or schedule.
- Posts and calendar — a post list, calendar view and approvals queue.
- Campaigns — recurring posting plans, with bulk actions on their posts.
- Image registry — tracks which photos have already been used, so they are not repeated by accident.
- Users, audit log and settings — access, a history of actions, brand set-up, two-factor sign-in and data export.
How it works
- Connect — an admin connects each client's Facebook Page through Meta; a linked Instagram Business account is detected and added automatically.
- Link the website — optionally, the client's website is connected so the panel can draw on its products, portfolio and media. Connectors cover WordPress, OpenCart and other sites with a standard API, with presets for WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento.
- Design — templates turn a product or portfolio photo into a finished branded image automatically, with no design tool needed.
- Compose or plan — a single post is written and published or scheduled, or a campaign sets days, times, a posting window and product filters, and the system fills the calendar with individual posts.
- Approve — posts can wait as drafts or for approval until someone approves or rejects them.
- Publish — a scheduler checks every minute and publishes posts that are due; Instagram posts are held until Meta confirms the media is ready, which avoids failed posts.
- Measure — impressions, reach, interactions and reactions come back from Meta, and short links track clicks.
Integrations
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — publishing and post insights.
- Client websites — WordPress, OpenCart and other sites with a standard API, with presets for WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento.
- Email — alerts.
Platforms and access
- Web-based, with nothing to install.
- Role-based access, which can be narrowed to specific Pages or Instagram accounts.
- Two-factor sign-in with recovery codes, and an audit trail.
- Account connections and website links are checked automatically, so a lapsed connection is spotted early.
