What Open Panel suite is

The Open Panel suite is TwinFusion's family of connected business systems, opened from a single hub. It brings together systems for websites and online stores, customer support, SEO reporting, sales leads, messaging, social media, staff tasks and retail point of sale.

The hub launches eight live systems: Open Panel, the multi-tenant CMS and e-commerce admin at the centre, plus Open Panel Desk, Open Panel SEO Reports, Open Panel Leads, the WhatsApp Sender & Social Panel, Open Panel Social, TwinFusion Assignments and SaifyPOS. They pass work between them: WhatsApp support tickets land in Assignments, and won leads become Open Panel customers.

How Open Panel suite works

Overview

The Open Panel suite is a set of eight live TwinFusion systems launched from one hub. Open Panel, the multi-tenant admin, sits at the centre; the other systems cover customer support, SEO reporting, lead management, messaging, social publishing, task management and retail point of sale, and they hand work to one another.

Main modules

  • Open Panel — multi-tenant CMS, e-commerce, marketplace, role-based access and modules; the centre of the suite.
  • Open Panel Desk — a WhatsApp-native AI support desk: tickets are created from WhatsApp messages, classified by AI and routed to Perfex CRM.
  • Open Panel SEO Reports — AI-powered SEO and GEO (AI search) audits that pull Google Search Console and GA4 data and deliver branded PDF reports.
  • Open Panel Leads — lead capture, qualification and pipeline; won leads hand off to Open Panel as customers.
  • WhatsApp Sender & Social Panel — WhatsApp messaging with a shared team inbox, contact lists, broadcasts and scheduled posts, with Facebook and Instagram added to the same campaign model.
  • Open Panel Social — schedules Facebook and Instagram posts across client sites.
  • TwinFusion Assignments — staff task and work-order management on Perfex CRM, where Desk tickets land and client work is assigned.
  • SaifyPOS — retail point of sale for East Africa, with billing, inventory, M-Pesa and eTIMS.

How it works

  1. Staff open the hub and launch any system from its card.
  2. A customer's WhatsApp message becomes a ticket in Open Panel Desk, is classified by AI and is routed to TwinFusion Assignments for the team to action.
  3. Leads are captured and qualified in Open Panel Leads; once won, they pass to Open Panel as customers.
  4. Open Panel SEO Reports pulls each client's Search Console and GA4 data, analyses it and delivers a branded PDF.
  5. The WhatsApp Sender & Social Panel sends WhatsApp broadcasts and campaigns, with Facebook and Instagram added to the same campaign model, while Open Panel Social schedules Facebook and Instagram posts across client sites.
