What LetsTag.me smart tags is
LetsTag.me is TwinFusion's smart QR tag service for Kenya. A QR tag on a car, motorbike, bag, keys or pet becomes a private contact channel: anyone who finds the item scans the code with an ordinary phone camera, with no app to install.
The finder can place a masked call, send an SMS or open an anonymous web chat, and the owner is alerted straight away with the scan's location, without their number ever being shown. Owners manage tags, scan history, plans and sticker orders from a dashboard and can pay by M-Pesa, while an admin console handles payments, batch QR generation, promotions and reporting.
How LetsTag.me smart tags works
Overview
LetsTag.me turns a QR sticker into a private contact channel for a vehicle or valuable. A stranger who scans the tag can reach the owner by masked call, SMS or anonymous web chat, and the owner's phone number is never shown. It is sold direct to owners on Free, Basic, Premium and Business plans.
Who uses it
- Owners — sign up with a phone code, email or Google, add items, generate and pause tags, set the message a finder sees, review scan history, manage their plan and order stickers.
- Finders — scan a tag with any phone camera and contact the owner anonymously, with no account or app.
- Administrators — oversee registrations, scans, payments and sticker orders, generate QR codes in batches, and manage payment options, promotions and reports.

- Shop — printed stickers in standard, premium and reflective designs, with delivery details and order tracking.
- Finder page — contact options for an active tag, an activation page for an unpaid tag, and a notice when a tag is paused or inactive.

- Admin console — registrations, scans, payments, orders, tag status, batch QR generation, payment options, promotions, and revenue, scan and user reports.
How it works
- An owner signs up and adds an item, such as a car, motorbike, luggage, keys or a pet, and the system creates a tag code and QR image.
- A new tag stays pending until it is paid for; scanning it shows an activation page so the owner can pay, and payment switches it on.
- When someone scans an active tag, the scan is logged with its location and the owner is alerted by email and SMS.
- The finder chooses to call, send an SMS or chat; calls and messages are routed so the owner's number is never revealed.
- Owners renew their subscription, apply promo codes and order more stickers, and administrators dispatch sticker orders with a tracking number.
