What Fairdeal Properties is
Fairdeal Properties is a Kenyan residential and commercial developer with offices in Nairobi and Mombasa. Its website is where buyers look through newly launched, ongoing and completed developments, browse by project and unit, and register their interest.
We moved the site off live WordPress rendering onto a pre-built front end while keeping WordPress as the editing tool, and kept every existing web address so search rankings were not disturbed. Staff publish changes from a button inside WordPress, and the rebuild added the page titles, descriptions, image alt text and structured data the old site lacked.
What we built
What we built
- Development pages — newly launched, ongoing and completed projects, filterable by status, type, location and budget.
- Register interest — buyers browse by project and unit and register their interest.
- Awards, news and video — sections for the company's awards and news, and a video gallery.
- WordPress behind a pre-built site — staff keep editing in WordPress and publish to the live site with one button.
- Search continuity — every existing web address kept, with page titles, descriptions, image alt text and structured data added.
