What Baby Basics is
An online store for Baby Basics, a Kenyan retailer of baby clothes and essentials. Shoppers browse the catalogue, add items to a cart, pay by M-Pesa paybill and place their order.
We built the store from scratch in PHP to replace the client's earlier WooCommerce site, redirecting or retiring the old links properly. The catalogue stays in step with the shop's point-of-sale system on a schedule, order confirmations and customer messages go out over WhatsApp, and staff manage products, orders, blog posts and SEO pages from an admin panel.
